The Commission has minor oversight over resellers entering the market, and it does have the authority to resolve complaints; but it does not regulate the day-to-day operations of resellers, nor does it regulate their prices. The market does a fairly effective job of regulating prices by itself. If a reseller charges prices that are too high, the customers will go to other, less expensive providers, and the reseller will either cut its prices or go out of business.
The Commission does certify resellers, but the certification only means that they meet minimal certification requirements. The certification does not mean that the Commission has reviewed a reseller's operations, business practices or prices.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
