The Intelligent Mail® barcode with Confirm does not provide an online tracking service or a delivery scan. The USPS will scan the IMb barcode with their letter processing machinery at the postal facilities. The mailpiece will NOT get a final delivery scan by the USPS carrier.
The USPS does NOT upload the USPS scan status for Intelligent Mail® barcode with Confirm numbers to their online servers at www.usps.com as they do for Express Mail, Delivery Confirmation, or Signature Confirmation numbers. The IMb barcode generates a unique number (0004xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) that is recorded in the Postage Log of Dazzle or Endicia for Mac. This number is also recorded on your Endicia.com account transaction reports.
Endicia can verify that USPS scanned this barcode in the mailstream. This allows Endicia to offer electronic refunds for First-Class letters, flats, and postcards, whereas this was not possible with the previous POSTNET barcode. Refund Policy: http://www.endicia.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
