Only if the person to receive the drugs is the one who has the prescription and insurance got it - No one else can get it - then it would be a federal offence of fraud to receive prescription drugs without a perscription to do so.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
