I think being active does help your hub scores... just because you are drawing attention to yourself. And, if for some reason you answer a particular question or comment in a rather crafty way, a person might go visit your profile and check out your hubs. Therefore, you are getting more traffic and your hubscores will go up.
Not only that, but a person who is active in the community and becomes known for quality content, will also be followed by many and become a favorite of many. I know a few hubbers who write absolutley funny stuff. They have a lot of followers and I think all of them comment on every article.
They have become known, and they have made themselves known because they were active in the community!
I think being active in the forums and writting original hubs and answering questions and posting questions helps with your author score. I haven't been as active as the past weeks and my score has always been in the low to middle 90's and it just dropped last night to 89, first time in nine month in the 80's. I have been in the forum etc and now back to 90 again.
Your hubscore is sitting at 92 currently. I am going to take a wild guess that you are active in the community.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
