Yes you are absolutely right , we can also says that genetic medicine that inject in a damaged tissue to treat disease and injury. But we have some issues,first one is , there are number of stem cells treatment exist but still experimental and costly ,other thing we have lot of treatments from stem cells but not for all ,third one is controversy over the use of embryonic stem cells, based on philosophical ,moral or religious objections. Treatment currently being practiced at a clinical a clinical level in some countries ,US, UK ,Australia ,india ,and south korea.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
