He's simply taking part of what Romney said and uses arithmetic to get the total cost over ten years. Of course he is ignoring the other part - it's politics. Romney does the same thing - "You didn't build that!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
