Deionised water can be used as a diluent for e liquid. That is, it can be mixed with other diluents such as propylene glycol and flavourings, but alone you will not get a good vape from it at all. You can get deionised water in most hardware stores.

Ordinary water actually contains alot of minerals that is not great to get in your atomiser, deionised water has these removed. It is one of those things that at first seems like it will be difficult, but once you have made a couple of bottles it ibecomes as easy as making a cup of coffee.

All of the answers here are correct. You CANNOT just use water. Just buy some darned e-liquid from the places that specialize in selling it - it's not that expensive (certainly cheaper than regular cigarettes are).

You won't save any money making it yourself and likely will create something "unsmokeable" or, worse, that might harm you!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
