You should see an Audiologist to have a tympanogram. It is a simple test to check your eardrum and middle ear function. It can detect fluid, ETD (eustachian tube dysfunction), and other problems with your eardrum/middle ear.
It's important to say that tinnitus is a symptom and not a disease. Some people will have tinnitus because their Cochlea is damaged. And in a few, it could be caused due to hearing loss.
But of course, the most common cause of tinnitus is exposure to loud noises. The noise can be a sudden burst, or it could be a constant banging that hits the ear drum and travels inside. A good guide you can read about tinnitus and some good natural remedies can be found here: http://tinnitus.toptips.org.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
