English 3 Scarlet Letter: Put yourself into Hester's shoes. Info?

(don't know why any sane person would but hey, whatever floats your boat) And. Like parcels, once they get a bit old and tattered then they really aren't up to the job anymore. Who wants a battered, flimsy cardboard box delivering their package?!

Why should your feet suffer such treatment when you wouldn't even dare do the same to an inanimate object? (I'm assuming inanimate. Don't know who would be evil enough to send a poor budgie or something in the post in a cardboard box) Talking about animals, shoes are a bit like pet carriers too!

Whilst being a bit like parcels and keeping what they contain safe, they also have nice, soft blankets, too keep the pets warm. A bit likes shoes really (obviously without the blankets, although one could argue that socks are like blankets, but we aren't really talking about them are we?) Shoes keep your feet nice and toasty warm, especially your poor toes! Could you imagine walking outside in this weather with only a pair of socks on your feet?

Or nothing! Okay moving on from the rambling...where you use them? Well, outside your own home mostly.

Out on the street (unless you walk around in slippers all the time), in public places like schools and shops, and in homes of people you're not too familiar with. I expect most people would be uncomfortable removing their shoes so casually in somebody else's home, unless they're good friends or family. Right okay, thats my rambling done for now!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
