Entity Framework - Complex Model using Code First?

It is not problem of EF. It is common entity-relationship task. You must simply improve your model.

You can for example divide Product into two entities: ProductDefinition ProductInstance.

Maybe this will be a bit easier. Additionally I cant see the relation between Vendor and Ingredient, or Product and Ingredient.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
