Exporting large folders of MSG files into a PST file or MAPI profile slows down to a crawl. How can I speed it up?

A. When a folder contains many Outlook MSG files, conversion starts slowing down significantly after the first 2000 emails have been converted. Unfortunately, the issue is caused by the Outlook MAPI system.

The same happens without using Aid4Mail; for example when dragging and dropping a large number of MSG files from Windows Explorer into an Outlook mail folder. Currently the best workaround we can suggest to speed up conversion of large folders is to first convert the MSG files to a generic mailbox format, then convert the generic mailboxes to a PST or MAPI profile. Although this is a two step process, it will be significantly faster and potentially reduce a conversion task lasting several hours (or even days) to less than an hour.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
