Get a lock for your bin as for the parking space, inform the landlord since you are not using it and they refuse to help you with not letting the other tenant park there you will no longer pay for the space. If the landlord quibbles then tell them to do their job and oust the tenant from your parking spot.

They're the ones you're having issues with, and you're seemingly talking to anyone but them. That's just being passive aggressive and a bit immature.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
