Na casa você nao tem condominio, mas nao tem áreas comuns de lazer como existe em alguns. Em casa vc dependerá talvez mais dos vizinhos... e eu acho, particularmente, que é melhor o mais perto do trabalho ou o que tenha mais facilidade de acesso.
