Sure Yeah, you'd just have to search for the source. Essentially Powerball winners would be reported in the local newspaper (which is a resource, therefore isn't bias), so essentially you'd learn of their name, look them up in the phone book; meet them, phone them, confirm the data. See them, touch them, smell them, hear them, and if you get friendly enough...taste them.

OR The other response would be to knock on every door in a wealthy neighborhood, regardless of how long this may take, you'd eventually find a winner at random by process of elimination. Thus confirming the existence of someone who has won the powerball. 'Sorry, I can't believe your claims that you can do these things' But you're the one asking for proof, therefore you've been presented with a method that pretty much guarantees you'll get it, that everybody can do.

You're simply saying you're unwilling to test it. Essentially if the date on the ticket, the numbers, the estimated wealth, the fact that nobody else with the same name claimed to have won, the winner had no reason to lie, and the information all corresponded beyond any reasonable doubt, then that would be as solid proof as anything. The method creationists put forward to suggest their particular God exists, essentially doesn't work consistently enough to render solid results for every person.

Or else we'd all be believers obviously. Since many people who are atheist now, were previously religious and the methods of experiencing God didn't work for them when they were genuinely trying to experience them, the conclusion is that the formula only works for the people who want to to work, and who claim it works, therefore leaving it open to skepticism. Experiencing God, supposedly isn't random, it's a formulaic process that guarantees results if you do it correctly, which many atheists claim to have genuinely tried. Essentially your skepticism about what atheists have done in order to reach God, is paralleled by atheists skepticism of what you've experienced to base a belief in God on, so I guess it swings both ways. I think essentially both sides will stay stuck at that position.

For one thing, I know that human beings exist. I worked with a woman some many years ago who won a large sum in the lottery, so it is logical to extrapolate that other people also do win the lottery. Barring that-- I can see them on tv.

I can hear their voice when they speak. I can travel to where they are and touch them. If I got close enough, I could probably smell and with their permission even taste them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
