And writing in the date when the report was faxed is not verifiable supporting documentation. This type of documentation doesn’t show who the report was sent to and the actual date and time of the fax. The fax confirmation page is the best documentation for the submission date.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
