Feminists: Isn't it about time for a female head coach in the NFL?

Being a good coach in terms of coaching skill is different from being a good coach in terms of knowing how to get players to respect and listen to you. This is a lot of the reason why so many good college coaches have failed in the NFL. Pete Carroll had issues with this the first time he was in the NFL as a coach.

Some coaching styles just don't work in the NFL, and you also have a certain type of culture in the NFL that would result in certain coaches not being successful (frankly, based on what many former players have said on ESPN about NFL culture, it is vulgar, bully-ish and ignorant, especially if you don't "fit in" in some way like a woman wouldn't). Just like great coaches like Nick Saban, Steve Spurrier and Jim Harbaugh really seem to not fit in the NFL and struggled as NFL coaches with certain aspects of it (and all ended up back in college), a woman would have a lot of issues with respect and just not being a cultural fit that would probably lead to her losing her job. A woman would likely be more successful on the college level.

I'm saying this as a female football fan, btw.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
