Your test file might be corrupted, or just contained something ffmpeg's decoder couldn't handle. Try playing test. Amr on a player to see if the file is not just corrupted.

It was corrupted, it was a problem not with the file itself but with the client program that wasn't recording properly and made a blank file with the proper length – 8vius Feb 7 at 13:48.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
