Finding induced average EMF and average induced current? Please help me!?

You can't have a current without an emf, so the first answer is no. You can have an emf without a current if the circuit is not closed. That is, you could induce an emf in a coil whose ends aren't connected to anything - the emf can get high enough to produce a spark in coils constructed for that purpose.

(A current flows when the air breaks down and the spark jumps the gap, of course.).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
