I try with a simple html: No search done... And a simple javascript called my-search. Js in the same path of my html with the next code: var my_Init = function(){ alert(' } var my_EventHandler_Action = function(){ alert(' } And it works fine. Can you show a live demo (with dropbox or something)?
Instead of using a submit button, try using a button and link the javascript function to that.
That might do the desired behavior, but won't find the underlying problem, since it should be able to do what he wants. – Renesis Nov 21 at 23:51.
Okay, well, this being my first time I have actually for real dabbled into Javascript I suppose it was only a matter of time before I would make a public fail :) Firebug was of absolutely zero help (probably me using it wrong), but Opera's Dragonfly told me the problem in the Javascript code. I was using document. GetElementById("...") to retrieve values from the input tags.
I guess IE automatically creates IDs from form element name attributes, but not the other browsers. I will drop using name attributes since I don't really have any use for them at present :) Thanks for the help everyone!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
