Fit enough to start parkour/how to start?

You could have started a long time ago :P You're very fit, you could start by just trying some easy moves and later on move up to more difficult things... my classmate who always is last in school running races learned a wallflip in about a week. Parkour is not really a hard thing, try searching on youtube for some tutorials, I'm sure you can find very good things! You should start with some kongs, wallruns, handstands, wallspins, backflips, wallflips, anything you like!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
