It might help if you remove the LoadingDone listener before adding the child. Maybe the COMPLETE event of the second loaded swf bubbles up to the main clip and retriggers another load.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
