Flattening a picture in photoshop does what?

Flattening puts all the laysers on the lowest layer and removes empty layers. , any floating selection will be anchored and moved to the bottom of the layer stack.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
