If the drug is in your blood, and chances are if you felt anything after taking a puff, then there is a sufficient amount of the drug to show up on the tests even after a week or two. Even if you do not reach the level of "use" that the testers have under their policies, they will still know you are a user because the drug supposedly stays in the body up to 33 days.
