For my amended 2009 tax return do I need to attach my original 1098-T form?

TOO late to try and claim any possible refund amounts from the tax years 2007 and 2008 as the 3 year limited time for this purpose is over and the amounts would NO longer be available to you to be able to get them 2009 and 2010 when you do meet the rules that you have to meet for this purpose 2009 will have to be claimed before the middle of April 2013 for this purpose after that the amount would no longer be available. For the 2010 tax year middle of April 2014 would be the last date to claim it. Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful.

First of all any refund you might be due for 2007 and 2008 are gone, lost forever you cannot retrieve refunds for those years if you don't get the 2009 filed by 4/15/2013, it also will be lost you need to look at form 8863 the qualifications are there to see if you qualify the Lifetime credit is just that lifetime, meaning as many years it takes for your school the actual refund of the tuition on the AOC is only for the 4 yrs of post secondary education once you go for additional degrees the only credit you have available is the Lifetime you do realize you cannot efile 1040X's, they are entirely manual.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
