While this has not been tested by us, you can try to flush the Tribes texture cache. To do this, bring down the console ( ` ) and type in flushTextureCache(MainWindow); . When I load the game up, I can't see my mouse pointer!
At the moment we know one solution for this, hopefully it fixes it for you. If you are using a non-standard mouse pointer (perhaps from your manufacturer or a theme pack), change it back to the default one. I installed Tribes on a computer with WinNT and ServicePack3, but I can't get any sound.
The CD plays alright, but no effects. Make sure that you have put your software together in the right order. WinNT (4) seems to have problems with soundcards when you install (at least) ServicePack3.
The correct installation order is: WinNT, your soundcard, and then the ServicePack. If you have installed WinNT first, the ServicePack second and soundcard last, you might end up having no sound (aside from CDs). If you had allowed the SP installer to take backups of your old ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
