It says on the rules once a day per valid email, per person, per day. I have two valid email addresses, can I enter under each one eaach day, or do I need to pick one?

One valid email per person, per mailing address..that means you should choose one of your emails to use to enter for yourself daily. You can only enter for yourself once a day.

But if you'd like more chances, you can mail in entries via post office by following the guidelines in the contest rules. Those entries will be converted to computer entries and give you extra chances that way. Now, if there is another eligible adult living at the same address with their own email, then they can enter for themselves with their own email address.

Hope that helped. Welcome to the Dream, and Good Luck to you! Big GrinPugs are like potato chips... you can never have just one!

Your answer, alludes to something it didn't quite say, with the 'mailing' address part. I had the same question as laura: the way I read the rules, is one could theoretically enter a different 'person' per email even multiple per day. Does a comma = 'AND' this, 'And' that?

It's just vague and open for interpretation. I wish we had one of their lawyers to confirm this for us. This message has been edited.

I wish we had one of their lawyers to confirm this for us. Mobias, yes, the rules are not very clear, and this question comes up every year. It was asked directly to the HGTV Administration before, and their answer was that one person can enter online ONLY one time a day, regardless if you have one or more valid email address.

Also, the same email address can be used by ONLY one person on a given day (an email address cannot be "shared"). These boards are usually not read by HGTV, so if you want to confirm that information, I suggest you did what we did in previous years and send a Private Message to HGTVAdmin (the poster who started this thread). I have been entering for years. Today I inadvertently entered twice on line!

I submitted my entry and then when I went to research why my entries have not been automatically filled in after entering e amil info, it was submitted again. Can one entry just be taken out? I am winning this year and I would hate for this to disqulaify me.

Please keep this dreamer in the contest. What do I do? As I read it,"completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day)"indicates 1 entry per e-mail...which leads us to believe if you have more than one email, as long as you send only one for that email for one person, it should be okay. Otherwise it should simply say, one entry per person per day...period. If it's been a problem in the past, perhaps they should reread/rewrite it.
