Free Web Application with SOAP, XML Public Web Service?

Some decent tool kits are gSoap (C++) & Axis2 ( C or Java).

Java and . Net both have built in tools for developing web services both from the client side and from the server side.

1: Wow, that's not a very useful answer. – John Saunders Nov 12 '10 at 20:34 Yes, the question still confuses me, but I don't have enough rep to comment on it. Is the question really: "Are there free public web services available to consume that have been implemented in Java or .

Net? " But then that is confusing too because the implementation shouldn't matter. – Ben Nov 16 '10 at 19:55.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
