From Identities or Passcards does not work as expected. Why?

There are several reasons why form filling may not work as expected. This simple troubleshooter will help you to determine the cause of the problem and how to fix it. 1.

You are trying to fill (save) a Flash form, Java form or other non-HTML form. RoboForm only fills HTML forms and Basic Authentication forms, not Flash or Java forms. You can check which the form is by right-clicking it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
