Fun Question of the Day.....Would you rather be richer than anyone, better than everyone, or?

I guess out of those choices, I'd pick richer but I really think all of those choice would be burdensome This was really a "lesser of all evils" choice, so it came down to process of elimination. Better than everyone: In what way? Better morally?

What fun is that? I can admire, say, Mother Teresa, but I do enjoy my vices :) Better as in smarter? Um, no thanks, I don't think that's ever brought anyone great joy and fulfillment.

Better as in better at your job? No way, because you might not be recognized and that would lead to frustration. I'll sum up with a quote from Broadcast News: Paul Moore: It must be nice to always believe you know better, to always think you're the smartest person in the room.

No way, this was an easy one for me to rule out because my biggest responsibilities are my two boys. They bring so much joy to my life. In fact one day I may want to be MORE encumbered by responsibility with another baby!

So, I guess I'd pick richer than everyone. But, I don't think that'd be great, either. Do you know how many lottery winners go bankrupt?

I don't think money brings people happiness...look at poor Britney Spears, or Anna Nicole Smith, or any of the other number of rich but sad celebrities. But, I think I could be up to the challenge of being phenomenally wealthy if I absolutely had to be. I'd welcome the chance to be able to help people with my money, and to have fewer worries about money (like how in the world are we going to pay for the kids to go to college?) I guess being rich would be my choice.

Third, it was an opinion question, for goodness sakes! You gave your opinion with much thought and deliberation. Your final choice was wealth.

Well, why not? Your children wouldn't have to fear for their educational future. The baby you have been thinking about trying for would, more than likely become a reality, once you knew your family would be taken care of.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
