Look up reviews see if one is quieter if that matter to you. Basically the one with the higher clock will be slightly faster, but we're talking like 2-3 frames per second at most. So go if it is price that concerns you go with the cheaper card.
If it is noise look up reviews for comparisons. One may have a slightly better cooling solution also. You did not provide a link or any specific models that you were comparing so I have to be vague, as I have no Idea which exact cards you are looking at.
Also look up who has the longer or better warranty. I know EVGA has a GTX 560 that comes with a limited lifetime waranty, it is a product ending in -AR, once you register the card and a few others that will allow you to purchase diffrent warranty levels, those end in -KR for USA.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
