Yes. You can make the dough then refrigerate it overnight. Just make sure you wrap the dough tightly in plastic wrap before putting it in the fridge, this will keep the dough fresh and keep it from going dry.
Keeping it in the fridge overnight actually works even better than just a few hours of refrigeration. A tip I can give you, is when you put the dough in the plastic wrap and the fridge, roll the dough out into a disc shape because this will make it easier to roll out the next day.
