Good morning Askville askers... As I lay in bed at 5:30 this morning awake as usual...this question came to me. What would be your perfect way to spend a Saturday? It can be totally made up (sleeping in with Brad Pitt) or something that could actually happen.
Let us know what your Saturday would be like. Asked by cloudancin 37 months ago Similar questions: morning Askville askers Amazon > Askville.
Actually, I had a pretty perfect Saturday... ...as I look back, since I'm writing this on Sunday! Went on a hike in the morning. Came home and painted my toenails.
Sat on the patio and read for an hour while they dried. Went to Fisherman’s Wharf for lunch. Spent the rest of the day lazing and doing NOTHING!
My computer is away for the weekend (wah! ) being upgraded, so I’m limited to the time I’m willing to spend in my office, but it’s actually nice to be off leash! I hope your Saturday was delightful, also!
Goldie .
1 I have to think about this more, but one thing I am sure of, Nobody would be allowed to WAKE ME UP! My husband is an early riser and I'm not. After 8 if I'm not up he starts banging around, and clomping up and down the stairs and making noise in general, even if I get up and shut the door.
All I want to do is sleep till I wake up on my own! .

Lollipop_the_Bunny replied to post #1: 2 I know the feeling, it happens too me also but it is either 'him', my daughter, or the darn sun blaring into the room. We only have 'blinds' and they 'do not keep the light out'! URGHIn fact, my daughter has two days off this coming week and I am afraid we are going to end up getting up before 7 when her dad leaves for work cause she wakes up!
Our place is so small if you move someone can hear you if they are sleeping, which is NOT what I like! .

3 Good luck Lollipop - there is nothing I like more than being able to sleep in! Oh yes, and on a perfect Saturday I wouldn't have to cook. It's out to Applebee's for that sirloin with shrimp parmesan!

As most of you know I have been opening "Our Askville" for Tweety every morning.....and need to know.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
