Good Practical Resources/Workshops to get started on BPM/ADF for 11g?

As for "hands-on" that will be tough. I recommend the ADF Insider Series on Oracle's site: oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/a....

As for "hands-on" that will be tough. I recommend the ADF Insider Series on Oracle's site: oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/a... as well as these tutorials: docs.oracle.com/cd/E18941_01/tutorials/t... Free download here: oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/a... and these sample apps: oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/j... I think this is a good book to get started: amazon.com/Oracle-JDeveloper-11g-Handboo... Pre-built VMs (Virtualbox) here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/developer-vm/index.html BPM is a much different animal than ADF.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
