Google Data API: how to do authentication for desktop applications?

OAuth can be used in desktop apps as well. The consumer key and secret 'anonymous' is perfectly suitable for such an app.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
