GOP debates: How come no one tells the truth on who can beat obama, with one exception?

Unfortunately, a win in the debates is not necessarily a win in the election; Romney needs to sway the Liberal vote, which means REALLY pulling something out of a hat. I'm an unbiased Conservative, and from my perspective, Romney needs something really amazing to say. He needs not only a firm stand against Obama but an ignoramous-proof surprise plan for the entire country.

Its going to be tough ~ he needs to swing that vote.

Largely just show up. Obama is a good rhetorical speaker when nobody is in the room with him, but even Obama's campaign strategists know that he is a weaker debater than Romney (who isn't exactly superstar either). This is why Obama famously ducked Paul Ryan during the budget debates.

Everytime Ryan tried to engage in the discussion, Obama would change the topic or turn to engage someone else. This is also why the Obama team wanted fewer debates to limit the exposure. They've even been leaking all kinds of stuff to try to lower expectations for their man in the debates.

But winning the debates isn't enough. Mitt has to win by blowout in order to overcome the deficit he has created for himself. He needs to come out and really show that he can be a policy-wonk, not just a lump of hair with alot of product in it.

Mitt has not been a very good candidate to date, and while It would not shock me if things changed after the debates, he's got a lot of gound to make up. He needs to show that the economic malaise was NOT inevitable as Obama has claimed (with ZERO supporting evidence...but the claim has stuck anyway), and yet he has to do it without sounding mean. Likewise, he needs to make a compelling argument for HOW Obama's actions made this malaise...an easy case to make, but one which Romney hasn't made yet in campaign stops under considerably less pressure.

So why would we believe that he's suddenly going to start now?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
