In order of importance, though really you must complete all of these steps in order for your computer to display anything at all. 1) Okay, SETA is not a thing. You are looking for Serial ATA, otherwise known as SATA.
(sorry, I think it's pretty important for communication purposes.) 2) When you plug in a graphics card the onboard gpu on your motherboard is disabled. 3) Next, plug in your harddrive, buy an adapter cord if you need to (one should come with your power supply unit). Most components, harddrive included, need two cables to be plugged in: power, and data.
4) If you have power plugs on your graphics card that are not plugged in, your graphics card will not, repeat, will not work. Plug 'em in. 5) Moving on to the connector for you monitor, to plug it in you need a DVI to VGA adapter, your graphics card has two DVI ports on the back, I love DVI because it supports analog, digital, and digital audio, so it can split into VGA or HDMI.
The necessary adapter should have come with your video card, if not, buy one.
The main question is the your vga port is disable , the first answer could be right newer mobo might simply disable the intergrated graphic card when a discrete graphic card is hook up , older motherboards have to go to the bios to disable it or through the device manager , and yes should of came with your graphic card a dvi to vga adapter.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
