The Silverlight Unit Test framework is probably what you're after for Phone 7 (there is no "Windows Mobile 7"). For 6. X I'm not aware of anything (that I'd recommend anyway).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
