Why doesn't a guy call if you've been seeing him off and on for months and he used to claim you were perfect and always wanted to be with you but now he is avoiding you although he says he misses you?

Well this can mean two things,one;that he knows you like him and no matter what he does or doesn't do you will be his and will talk to him and still have feelings towards him.in this case you just back off and let him come to you,let him call you,let him want to see you,make him regret ignoring you. Two;maybe he found someone else or he stopped having feelings towards you.in that case then he never deserve you and he never will,you should just move on with your life and show him that he is not that important,and that you can find better guys.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
