Call your dentist first, they will probably want to see you to determine if you still have infection. Maybe change your anitbiotic again. I don't think the head and chest congestion is related.
I once saw a dentist for the same thing and was told the tooth needed pulling immediately. I knew that wasn't a good idea but I'm not the Dr. Once tooth got pulled infection immediately spread to jaw and facial bones and ended up in my nasal cavity. It took 1 year of Specialists, pain and medication to finally rid myself of infection.
Since the infection was in my nasal cavity the smell of it was always present and smelled like a sewer. All I received from dentist was "sorry". I shoulda sued.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
