Handle all Hyperlinks MouseEnter event in a loaded loose Flowdocument?

After loading your FlowDocument you can enumerate all UIElements using LogicalTreeHelper . It will allow you to find all hyperlinks. Then you can simply subscribe to their MouseEnter event.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
