PLEASE don't let me be the only one to answer this and ruin it for you! I suspect that everything gets an anwer eventually, unless it is removed for Abuse of the system. I'm tempted to ask a question like "L?" and see how long it takes...

Yes, I asked one that required too much local/specific knowledge, and nobody answered it within 7 days. This was my question: askville.amazon.com/askville/OpenQuestio... .

Oh yeah a few days ago, perhaps a week or more, (my askville time is off) I asked how an answer became a "featured answer" on the main paige, 4 days later with no replys, I re-worded the question hopeing to find out, still no replys, I briefly wondered if I was being boycotted or something, but then I asked a diferent sort of question and it was quickly answered, still though, (one thing about it at least, I don't know if it was related but soon after one of my questions was on the list and had been for like a week .

1 Moo, regarding your answer "PLEASE don't let me be the only one to answer this and ruin it for you! ": What would have ruined it for marianne-in-Oz (and been somewhat ironic) would have been for NO ONE to answer her. That sure would have answered her question... ;-) .

" "I don't want to know when I ASKED my Askville question, I want to know when someone last RESPONDED. " "How do I find the answers to my question on Askville?" "Why did Askville rate the answers to my question?

This question may already have been asked, but I am going to ask again...it's about voting on Askville...

I don't want to know when I ASKED my Askville question, I want to know when someone last RESPONDED.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
