If you cancel the second person prior to final payment you will be rebooked as a single.. paying .. basically.. double. So yeah your friend gets all her money back but YOU are now paying the normal supplement. Or you could just book as a single up front.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
