Haven't heard of them, but here are some other options.... I didn't see "Admissions Counselors" but I see similar firms and some of the reports describe some hard-sell tactics ("You have to sign up today or you'll lose this fabulous opportunity! ") I also can't pick them up at all in a Google search. Interesting.
The first thing you'll want to do is check them out on the U. S. Better Business Bureau's website at search.bbb.org/.You only need to fill in the business name, unless you want to narrow down to a particular city or state.
If there have been any complaints filed against them with the BBB, you'll find them there. You might also want to check with your state's Consumer Protection office or department. Just google your state name and the words "consumer protection".
It's usually within the state's Department of Justice or Attorney General's office, or a similar agency. Going back to the BBB, you can also use them to find reputable businesses. Here's their search by category page: http://search.bbb.org/BrowseCategories.aspx.I'd look under Education --> Educational Consultants.
You can search using your ZIP code so you can narrow down your search to just your area. You can also check with the national association for educational consultants, the Independent Educational Counselors Association (IECA), http://www.educationalconsulting.org/.There's a "Find a Consultant" link in the upper right corner. Most of them seem to specialize in college admissions (presumably meaning undergraduate) but it might not hurt to try some in your area, and if they don't do graduate admissions, they may be able to recommend someone who does.
Finally, if you're searching online, people who provide these kinds of services are also called private admissions counselors, and there are some who specialize in certain types of admissions (undergraduate or graduate school) or even types of schools (business, law, medical). Be sure to check them out with the BBB or with the IECA, or even the consumer protection agency in the state where the consultant is located. I know that sounds like overkill, but these counselors aren't cheap!
Good luck! Sources: Insidecom, "Ethics and Private Admissions Counseling", Feburary 4, 2008; U. S.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
