Has anyone tried the P90X workout program?

By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!

A good friend requested this program as a gift for Christmas 2008. When he received the program, he was 49 years old, but in very good condition. He is a distance runner, an extreme trail biker, and is generally active in constant home improvement projects.

Even so and despite a career military background, the P90X program intimidated him. He found that despite his better than average conditioning, he was not at the "beginning" level to proceed with the program. My friend's intention was to increase his lean muscle bulk and upper body physique.

From the literature, it does not look like it will cause a woman to "bulk" up. The testimonials from women, while considerably fewer in number than those from men, did not mention a trend toward bulking. The program can be tuned for toning or bulking depending on the level of strength training (to exhaustion vs capacity) and number of reps.

However, the program integrates specific diet requirements which might be at odds with a diet prescribed during pregnancy or while nursing. I suggest that you contact the P90X folks and ask them for specifics on diet requirements, explaining you current situation. Compare the information which you receive from them with your physician and get your doctor's opinion, as well.

They do have other programs besides the P90X which are more "starter" programs to prepare you for the P90X regime. Good Luck on whatever program you decide to pursue!

The objective of the p90x is to bulk up and build muscle. I would also be careful about such an intense workout so soon after having given birth. If you objective is to build lean muscle and lose weight without bulking up then you should also consider the insanity workout that is also put out by Beachbody LLC.

You can find a more in depth comparison of the to programs here: insanityworkoutreviews.net/p90x-versus-i... I hope you find this helpful.

I am actually a coach for p90x and it works for any body type period. This is by far the best workout I have ever done. If you need anymore information you can go to my website beachbodycoach.com/mrsixpack.Here you will find my story so far about my journey with p90x and some tips.

Also if you go to the store you can purchase P90x at a discount price. I recommend the shakeology drink as well.It is a awesome drink with everything literally that the body needs to get the maximum results. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

I am a coach because I love to help others and living the healthy lifestyle :O).

Yes and I love it! Its hard work, but if you really want to gain muscle and lose weight, then you will stick to the program. Best when you have a coach, and coaches are free, plus you will have a community to chat with about your progress!

Best wishes, stay healthy.

Well that was a quick look at the P90X Workout Schedule and the variations that occur. This is a generalized overview but was hopefully informative.

Yeah, I love it! You can do them on your own time. You don't have to go to the gym.

And you need minimal equipment. Plus, if you stick with it, you get great results! See my full review here: fitness9000.com/p90x-review-2 Zac.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
