Has Dubai's debt problems impacted Indian real estate sector?

Dubai’s real estate market is very different from the Indian real estate market. The domestic demand situation in India and Dubai are very different, primarily due to the different demographics. For instance, the gap between demand and supply in India, which is almost 25 million units, ensures the Indian real estate sector will do well for decades to come.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
