Has stocking of hatchery rainbow trout in the Great Basin diluted the native redband trout?

There has been stocking of hatchery rainbow trout in the Great Basin. Currently no running waters are stocked with hatchery rainbow trout. Only some ponds, reservoirs and lakes are currently stocked.
