Hashing password and comparing with MD5?

First of all, I think from your code,you are missing the bit related to removing/separate the random bytes from password.so it might be never be equal.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
