Have a knot on left side of the back of my upper neck, below skull. With slightest pressure it brings on headache? I have had this looked at and the dr says it's tightened muscles, however has not gone away even after a massage.

If I accidentally touch it, a headache starts from back of my neck over skull to forehead (mainly on right side). Sometimes feel little dizzy when it happens or even have shallow breathing. Has anyone experienced this?

I would go to my chiropractor because I know I have a disc that on and off slips out of place. However maybe a MD doctor to determine what is the problem first would be a good decision.
