They sell it at just about every grocery store from Publix to Target. Its an herbal supplement with immune boosting vitamins that comes in alkaselzer tablets. You drop one in a glass of water, wait for it to fizzle up, and drink it.
Tastes like sprite if you get the lemon lime kind. To clear sinuses: -Vapo-rub works the best. I don't know why it says to rub it on your chest, I personally just huff it out of the bottle every now and then to make it last.
-Boiling water increases the humidity and makes your sinuses more comfortable (not overflowing one moment and so dry it hurts the next) -Gentle "irrigation" by letting salt water pass through your nose. Usually by snorting it and letting it flow out.No I didn't make that up. -Huffing more easy-to-get things such as vinegar -Apple cider vinegar is actually almost 5 times better than saline water at getting rid of sinus infections.
You just drink it daily as a tonic daily. Either 1/8 - 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in a 16oz glass of water to sip throughout the day, or 2TBS in an 8oz of water all at once. -If you like hot sauce, my personal method is just taking half a shot glass of tobacco, but I don't know your disposition on that.
If you can stand that, I promise you you sinus will clear some. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
