Tickets have gone on sale. But because the first round began last week, they're almost all sold out. Go to the official webpage of the team you're into, and under "Tickets," there is usually a link to 2009 playoff info.

Huge markups, but they always have tickets and usually good seats to sold out games as well. Or Craigslist, but higher risk of getting ripped off.

There a lot of ticket brokers online, like this site that is already offering NBA Finals tickets. As far as the best place to buy them, I would say find the lowest-priced ticket broker that promises good customer service in case you have a problem. Most of the reputable brokers online do a good job though.
